is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit New York & California based corporation & public charity.
A Forum for LIFE, Inc. was founded in 2004 to provide developmentally appropriate education and training programs designed to enhance individual's economic, emotional, intellectual and physical growth. This unique public charity provide a health, safety & wellness curriculum to the ethnically and economically diverse cities of New York, NY and San Francisco, CA.
In Community Partnership with organizations such as the Administration for Children Services, the Department of Youth & Community Development, the Department of Homeless Services, the Agency for Child Development and Head Start, we offer vital financial support for Staff Development and free workshops to parents of young children.
As an Authorized Provider for the Emergency Care & Safety Institute, A Forum for LIFE provides all levels emergency response training such as CPR with A.ED. & First Aid certification. Community based organizations, schools, daycare centers, individuals of low to moderate income, women in need, and at risk youth are among those who benefit from our mission.
STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL AID AVAILABILITY
Each year the operating budget of our organization reflects the assumption that some organizations and students will require financial aid. Fund raising events by the governing body and conributions from friends provide a limited amout of financial support each year.
Donations to existing funds and the establishment of new ones are always welcome and are essential for the development and growth of our mission.
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
